Dajarra land transfer

Dajarra is a small town in Outback Queensland and is home to around 400 people. Dajarra was once a railhead for the cattle industry with the railway giving connection to the ports and markets of the east coast of Australia. Drovers would bring cattle from as far as Western Australia. These days the rail has been abandoned in favour of multi-trailer road trains.

Survey Mark recently completed a cadastral survey of a large portion of the old rail corridor which will now be transferred to the Local Council for community uses.
